Oscar de la Renta’s skirts are up for auction on www.biddingforgood.com/leejofa now through Wednesday, so you have just a few days to bid for a chance to own a one-of-a-kind fashion keepsake and support an amazing charity, Casa del Niño.
Before you bid, check out this gorgeous replica, sent to us from Design Source, our agent showroom in Hartford Ct. Ruth Loiseau of RuthL.com recreated one of the signature skirts using silk flower petals. What a stunning interpretation!
The Oscar Home launch in Montreal featured special guest and Oscar de la Renta Home creative director Miles Redd (center, in red). Paco Guiven, a Montreal-based fashion designer and friend of Lee Jofa, created skirts inspired by the Oscar originals using his beautiful embroideries and silks in yellows and blues, pictured above on the models.
